Terms & Conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions govern your use of CATI AIR services, including flight bookings, online check-in, cargo services, and all related services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Booking & Ticketing

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when a valid booking reference (PNR) is issued and payment is received in full. Fares are subject to change until ticketed.

3. Fares & Payments

Fares include base fare, taxes, fees, and surcharges unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and approved payment methods.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by fare class. Economy Basic tickets may be non-refundable. Refundable tickets may incur cancellation fees. Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

5. Baggage

Checked and carry-on baggage allowances vary by fare class and route. Excess baggage charges apply. CATI AIR is not liable for loss or damage to fragile, valuable, or perishable items in checked baggage.

6. Check-in & Boarding

Online check-in opens 48 hours before departure. Airport check-in counters open 3 hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure. Passengers must arrive at the gate at least 30 minutes before departure.

7. Flight Changes & Delays

CATI AIR reserves the right to change flight schedules, routes, or aircraft. In the event of significant schedule changes, passengers will be offered rebooking or refund options. Compensation may be provided per applicable regulations.

8. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and crew instructions. CATI AIR reserves the right to refuse carriage or remove any passenger whose conduct is disruptive, threatening, or in violation of safety requirements.

9. Liability

CATI AIR liability for passenger injury or death is governed by the Montreal Convention and applicable national laws. Liability for baggage is limited as per the Convention. CATI AIR is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
