You can book a flight through our website by using the search form on the home page. Select your departure and destination airports, travel dates, number of passengers, and preferred class. Choose from available flights, enter passenger details, and proceed to payment.
Online check-in opens 48 hours before your scheduled departure time. Go to Dashboard > Check-in, enter your booking reference (PNR) and last name, then select your seat and confirm check-in. You can then print or download your boarding pass.
Baggage allowance depends on your fare class: Economy - 23 kg, Business - 40 kg, First Class - 60 kg. Carry-on allowance is 7 kg for Economy and 14 kg for Business/First. Extra baggage can be purchased at the time of booking or at the airport.
Yes, you can cancel or change your booking depending on your fare class. Economy Basic tickets may have restrictions, while Economy Flex and Business class tickets offer more flexibility. Cancellation fees vary by fare class and timing. Go to Dashboard > My Bookings to manage your booking.
Refund requests can be made through your booking details page or by contacting our support team. Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days depending on your payment method. Refund policies depend on the fare class purchased.
